Dear Liberty Dollar Supporters…

First, I apologize for our inability to answer all the calls and emails.

The good news is that the Liberty Dollar lives and just Moved Up to the $50 Silver Base. Congratulations on this third most important event for the Liberty Dollar. In less than ten years the Liberty Dollar moved from the $10 to the $50 base and increased 500%! Now the value of Liberty Dollars in circulation is well over $60 Million and growing. Thanks to your support.

Please note: No additional Silver Libertys are available at Spot + $5. And the cost to become a Liberty Associate is now $500 with a $200 referral paid to the sponsor.

Unfortunately, just as the Liberty Dollar was preparing to Move Up, I received some bad news. I regret to inform you that GoldMoney has informed me that the electronic Liberty Dollar (eLD) violates Jersey Law and their Terms of Use. Your eLD account will be liquidated on April 15. Due to that notice, no additional eLibertyDollars have been issued.

All existing eLDs (issued after the raid) and backed by GoldMoney must be redeemed in new $50 Silver Base Libertys as per the Schedule at the end of this email. As a special 'thank you' for your support, your first $100 eLD per account redeemed will be hallmarked with a special "e" denoting it was part of the ill fated electronic Liberty Dollar.

Please click HERE for Redemption Schedule of your eLD account or scroll down to the PS at the end.

I know this will bring about many questions… and it will take some time for us to ship all your silver. Please bear with us as we resolve this unfortunate development.

My most heart felt thanks go the thousands of supporters who had gotten eLibertyDollars with a very special thanks to the brave, dedicated Americans who joined with me as Regional Currency Officers.

Please be informed that if you have an eLibertyDollar account, that account will be closed on April 15. Please redeem your property by paying the fabrication and shipping fees at your earliest convenience. All silver not claimed by April 15 will be liquidated and a check sent to you at the spot price of your order(s).

BIG MELT is underway. Turn in your Silver Liberty and get new $50 Libs!! This is the second time a large number of Silver Libertys will be melted. Please be informed that there are special 30 DAYS rate to have your old $10 or $20 Silver Libertys reminted into the new $50 Silver Base. I apologize that this will probably add even more confusion to all that is happening with the Liberty Dollar.

In addition to the new $50 Silver Libertys, there are new $20s, $10s and $5s to choose from. All the $50 Silver Base Libertys are already in production and will be available from a RCO or the National Fulfillment Office in Evansville very shortly. All four sizes of the $50 Silver Base Libertys will continue to be available until further notice.

You can now exchange your $10 or $20 Base currency for the new $50 Base. As your silver needs to be melted, rolled, blanked and coined into one of four sizes of the new $50 Base Libertys, there is a reminting fee. This fee varies with the size of the Silver Liberty. PLEASE NOTE: Special reduced reminting fees are available on all four Liberty Dollars for 30 DAYS. All material received or postmarked before April 22 will be reissued at these Special Reduced rates.

PLEASE NOTE: The Special Remint Rate expires at midnight on April 22. 2008.

If you wish to convert ounces of Liberty Dollar into different denominations the formula for the reminting fee (in addition to the silver) is: Base Value divided by Face Value multiplied by the ounces to be converted multiplied by the reminting rate.

For example: Using the Special Remint rate: If you wished to convert 3 ounces into $10 Libs, the math is: 50 divided by 10 X 3 X $1.50 = $22.50 USD total or silver valued at spot.

We hope to have a new payment system for our Shopping Card orders on line shortly. Until that is operational, please place your orders by mail order or by contacting a RCO. Checks or money orders should be made out to LIBERTY as we have a new bank account. Click HERE for a complete list of RCOs.

Thank you for all your letters to Assistant United States Attorney Thomas Ascik, Esq. in Asheville North Carolina. It is important that the government hears from the people who they are suppose to represent… especially when it is your property that is at risk.

PS: Redemption Schedule for Your eLDs
Please redeem your eLDs before the April 15 DEADLINE. There are four denominations/sizes to choose from: one ounce $50 Silver Libertys, two-fifths $20 Silver Libertys, one-fifth $10 Silver Libertys and one-tenth $5 Silver Libertys. Simply log on to your eLD account and click the "Redeem" tab then enter the Face Value amount in Liberty Dollars for the denominations you wish. Your total amount including the fabrication and overhead costs will be calculated. Then click "approve" and we will ship your order ASAP.

Do the math and you will see that the actual FRN costs are lower than the current $50 RCO/Liberty Associate rates as we strive to keep costs down and maintain the highest quality product while silver goes through the roof.

$50 Example: The cost to redeem two $50 one ounce Silver Libertys is two times face value plus two times the fixed fee of 15: 2 X 50 + 2 X 15 = $130 eLD. Actual cost at $40 silver expressed in FRN is (40/50 X 130)/2 = $52.00 each in FRNs.

$20 Example: The cost to redeem three $20 two-fifths ounce Silver Libertys is three times face value plus three times the fixed fee of 9: 3 X 20 + 3 X 9 = $87 eLD. Actual cost at $35 silver expressed in FRN is (35/50 X 87)/3 = $20.30 each in FRNs.

$10 Example: The cost to redeem five $10 one-fifth ounce Silver Libertys is five times face value plus five times the fixed fee of 4.50: 5 X 10 + 5 X 4.50 = $72.50 eLD. Actual cost at $30 silver expressed in FRN is (30/50 X 72.50)/5 = $8.70 each in FRNs.

$5 Example: The cost to redeem ten $5 one-tenth ounce Silver Libertys is ten times face value plus ten times the fixed fee of $3 eLD: 10 X 5 + 10 X 3 = $80 eLD. Actual cost at $25 silver expressed in FRN is (25/50 X 80)/10 = $4.00 each in FRNs.

$1 Example: Specie or paper certificates are not currently available.

PLEASE NOTE: All eLDs needs to be redeemed by April 15, please.
